“Precision Foundation Services inspected the sewage system of our new home and provided the best quote for replacing our outdated sewage line. Taylor Everett handled the quote and coordinated the work and provided prompt and excellent customer service throughout the project. We were so impressed by how responsive he and his team, including Juan Gutierrez, were to our questions and concerns. During the excavation, a sprinkler system wire was accidentally cut, and they took full responsibility and returned and identified and addressed the problem. They stand by their work and made sure that everything is done with high quality and to our satisfaction. We would definitely work with them again for future projects and highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.”

“First off, Taylor has been awesome. The communication is great, and he always picks up the phone. That must be said. He's truly a good guy. Now for the bad. I had my sewer lines replaced. Let's talk concrete first. The concrete work was done too fast, and one section was sloped toward my house, not away, and not fully complete. Now I have to re-do the concrete to slope away, instead of pooling by my back door. The second part is that my drain system on my patio is now bent in, with one section raised so the drain does not function properly, and the grates are messed up. Alright, stuff happens. Second, the washing machine. I went to run a load of clothes and then went out to cut the grass. I came back to a flooded mudroom. I cleaned it up and gave Taylor a call (which he answered and helped me with; again, great guy). I couldn't locate where the leak was coming from, but I ran another load and stared at it until it leaked again. The drain tube was never put into the PVC pipe that was installed. Now my open wall has a bunch of water in it, and I have to dig it out, replace baseboards, and clear any growth. Third, they pulled some dirt from the foundation. Well, they just left a huge hole outside the bathroom window. Instead of calling them back (because that's not really who I am), I bought some filler dirt mix and started filling the hole. Well, the next rainstorm washed it all away, and the hole was still there and bigger than it was, which means the dirt filled back in under the house. Since the digging they did left a huge hump over the path, all the water is now resting on the foundation. So now I have gone and bought numerous bags of dirt, spread it, tamped it, and leveled it. For a foundation company, you would think they would know to protect the foundation. Overall, the two stages of tasks they did I have had to spend time and money fixing their mess-ups. I'm sure mistakes happen, but considering this was the most expensive of the three bids I received, and the good reviews I expected a little bit more from them. Again, Taylor is awesome and the reason for 2 stars.”

“We hired Trey and his crew to inspect the sewer pipes before we purchased our home in 2020. As you know, time is of the essence during home buying. They were able to come out and perform the inspection the very next day. We had the report, video & results the very same day. This was HUGE for our negotiations. We were able to knock off an extra $5K on the price of our home. Fast forward to 2021, we contacted them to come out and actually repair the same pipes they inspected the year prior. They worked with my schedule and got me on their calendar within a week. Their crew started and finished the project in about 7 days. The entire process was incredibly easy (for me)!! I didn't have to do anything...they took care of every single detail...which is exactly the way it should be!! This is a messy job and with Houston rain, we had some large mud pits. But, after they replaced the pipes, they cleaned everything up. They even left our backyard looking better than when they started!! I would recommend these guys for any project they service. They took great care of us and I have no doubt will certainly do the same for you.”
