Stone FX International LLC

Stone FX International LLC performs foundation and concrete work in Sugar Land, Texas. Will and Terri Osbrink run the family-owned operation that focuses on concrete overlays, metallic and solid epoxy floors, polishing, stain and seal applications, flake floors, and custom concrete countertops. The business supplies free estimates by phone or online and covers the Greater Houston area with service that includes residential and commercial projects.

Customers describe jobs that include fixing water damage by stripping old glue and sealing concrete for an industrial finish, resurfacing patios to remove white spots and add stone texture, installing metallic epoxy across large interior spaces, applying overlays to existing slabs, and placing custom countertops. Will handled measurements, option explanations, and percentage breakdowns for several of these projects while crews completed the work in roughly five days. Reviewers noted fixes to prior contractor mistakes and results that matched or exceeded initial expectations on both durability and appearance.

The company responds quickly to calls and messages, sends daily progress photos with notes on drying times and next steps, and keeps pricing steady across multi-month planning periods. Installment payments are available through an app, and crews maintain clear communication from the first visit through final walkthrough. Work occurs across Greater Houston with prompt scheduling and attention to keeping sites clean during the process.

Reviews give the company strong marks overall for updates, attention to detail, and finished surfaces. Common points raised include reliable scheduling, helpful guidance on product choices, and consistent quality across epoxy, overlay, and countertop jobs.

“Stone FX International, llc is great! The owners Will and Terri Osbrink were professional, organized, down to earth and easy to work with. This duo has their act together. They have been servicing the Houston area for many years. Their reputation precedes them. Will did our floor measurements, explained the process, provided estimates and a percentage breakdown of each step. The whole process took 5days. Our stained cement flooring is beautiful. I could not be happier. Thank you Stone FX. Best regards, D.Brown p.s. I look forward to working with you again for our kitchen counter tops!”

“Stone FX came to save the day for us! We had some water damage at our office from Hurricane Beryl and needed to rip up carpet and get the glue off and seal the concrete. We just wanted to go with a more modern, industrial look and they came through! They got the glue up quickly and sealed it and did an amazing job! We will be calling them back for the rest of the floors when we are ready! Thanks so much Will!! They look great!!! Before and After photos below.”

“Will and his team did a great job on my patio. He was patient, persistence and not giving up on removing the white spots on patio. It looks very nice. Before and afterwards pictures. I would recommend them. Thanks to you and your team.”

“Hiring a company to perform a service, in my experience, always comes with personal sacrifices. We sacrifice quality to save on cost, for example; often left with no recourse for sloppy workmanship, and no return communication after the final payment. With Fx Stone, Will, and his crew, you won't have to settle for less, or make sacrifices. In fact, they will exceed all your expectations. I knew exactly what to expect from start to finish. The quality of his work and attention to detail gave me a more BEAUTIFUL floor than I imagined possible. He sent me pictures of my floors progress each day, along with notes about the "dry time" & what comes next. The sealant wasnt applied until he knew I was completely satisfied with his work. This is the first time in my life, I looked at a finished product, project or service and thought to myself, "I can't believe I could afford that." Best decision ever!”

“My wife and I are very pleased with the concrete refinishing and epoxy materials and services provided by Will Osbrink and his team at Stone FX International. Because this was our first concrete refinishing project we weren't sure what to expect but Stone FX made the selecting and scheduling process very easy and accommodating. Before the refinishing and epoxy processes even began, we were provided with several links which included pictures of the refinishing and package options which greatly helped in our decision making and budgeting process. Stone FX also provided a way for us to pay our installments through the Square Space App online which we found very efficient and easy to use. Lastly, Stone FX took the time to send us detailed emails regarding each scheduled service which included progress photos they took themselves to show their work after each day service. Because there were many days throughout their services we were unable to be at home, Stone FX's willingness and ability to communicate these details to us via email was very much appreciated. I would recommend Stone FX to anyone who wants/needs concrete refinishing services primarily because we love the way our p”

“Stone FX just installed a 2000 sqft metallic epoxy floor for us that came out amazing. Very friendly and professional team that had a great attitude through the whole job, wanting to make sure we were happy and that everything was done to our satisfaction. Thank you Stone FX!”

“This company truly became our heroes when they showed up to save our floors in our new event space. We had paid a previous company to do them, but they fell short big time. Stone FX was able to fix them and finish them the way we had originally dreamed. Not only did they turn out better than we could have hoped but this company was so amazing with their communication and guidance throughout the entire process. We’re already in discussion with them to do other parts of our venue!”

“I can’t express enough how pleased I am with our countertops. They are beautiful and the colors are perfect. Will was so easy to work with and knew exactly what my vision was. Thanks again. I’m one happy customer!!”

“We brought Stone FX on to do the work we thought our General Contractor would complete as part of the overall project. When they stepped in it made a huge difference. Great communication, samples we were able to choose from made selection easy and the process went smoothly.”

“This company rocks! I can’t say enough good things about this company from 1st time I reached out, until the last moment was nothing short of a wonderful experience. Mr. Will and Mrs. Terri keep you informed every step of the way, they provide daily updates before the workers even arrive so you know exactly what is on the agenda and how long each step will take. They worked fast, hard and were very kind on top of it all. Stone FX really has a great eye for this stuff, and will help you every step of the way from deciding on floors to color! It is a 5 day process but will be worth every penny and the time spent! Even after they were done, I got some extra tips on keeping my floors in top notch shape! Compared to other contractors in the same field, well honestly there isn’t a comparison as they blow the others I have used out of the water by FAR! I have used 2 other concrete companies in the past, family even, and will refer Stone Fx above all else ever time moving forward! If you’re looking for affordable prices ranges for all budgets, professionalism, promptness and amazing work give these guys a try!!! You won’t be disappointed.”

“If you want to get your concrete patio or interior surfaced, look no further. Stone FX is the most awesome contractor I have ever hired. The owner, Will, is an accomplished artist; we had him resurface our 600 sqft patio with a stone texture and color. The patio came out gorgeous! I will attach a photo that speaks for itself. I would not hesitate to say that he is the best in the business and has been doing this for the last 17 years or so. I have no hesitation in highly recommending him to anyone. I wish all contractors could learn from him!”

“My wife and I would like to thank Will, Teri and the entire team who were all closely involved in providing us our concrete overlay floors of which we absolutely love!! During the initial consultation, Will informed and explained to us of the many available options. We're happy with the product because of it's durability, great warranty, that didn't kill our budget. We will recommend Stone FX services to our friends and family and we will use Stone FX International for our future projects!”

“The Stone FX team are responsive, punctual, thorough, helpful, treats us like we're the only customer/client ever despite how repetitive it may be for them given the amount of time they've been doing this. I appreciate all the patient guidance, and the endless answers. Furthermore, their price remained the same through all of our economic fiasco thus far because i had called for pricing over 1-1/2 years ago. The team does a great quality job, and use great quality products that would last for as long as i can imagine it. Highly recommend them for their service.”

“They are professional and timely. Beware of them wanting to ensure the floors are "smooth and even" prior to adding the overlay. They charge you $300 a pop and don't even tell you! We got taken for an extra $600... (We weren't given any details about this additional cost it was just a surprise on our invoice) We got a concrete overlay and was told the overlay was durable and good for dogs. 5 months in we found out that is a lie. We have a 80lb boxer (whose nails we keep cut and short) and he has scratched the heck out of the floor. They do leave touch up paint to paint over the scratches, but why tell me this is durable and good for dogs when it is not. We will keep this flooring until we save up for tile...instead of paying them more money to reseal a floor (see reply below). Also I find it interesting that all the reviews ,after mine, were within the same time frame of the customer service reply... And 5 star ratings.. Interesting.. And also praised everything I was negative about......... Interesting...”

“Working with Stone FX was a fantastic experience. They walk you through the process and they take a lot of the anxiety out of making such a big decision. They always say building a home is tough, but Stone FX made this a very easy and enjoyable process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.”

“Will and Terri are such a delight to work with. Loved getting updates throughout the process and my floor looks great! Will and his guys did an awesome job!”

“Mr. Will and Mrs. Teri were awesome. Mrs. Teri was always great at getting back to me right away if I had any questions. She also gave me step by step of what was going to happen the following day. Awesome communication! Mr. Will is a funny professional guy! He too walks you through things when he is at the house/ apartment / job site or wherever you'll need him. He is clean, efficient and courteous of your other belongings in the home to cover and take care of them. His work is stunning and, its original. No one you know will have what you have.”

“Loved working with Stone FX. Will is very responsive and provides great documentation and updates. You know what's going on every step of the way. We used them to strip, stain and seal a home's concrete floor. We will continue to use Stone FX International for a long time!!!”

“Amazing updates and fantastic work. Made us excited for the summer again. Their communication through the process was phenomenal. Along with the craftsmanship, it's one of best parts of the process. We greatly appreciated it. Much gratitude from our family!”
