PLS Landscaping

PLS Landscaping operates out of Tomball as a concrete and foundation contractor that also handles drainage, grading, hardscaping, irrigation, sod installation, and fencing across the Houston area including Cypress, Katy, The Woodlands, and Bellaire. Noe runs the crew and meets customers on site to evaluate soil stability, water flow, and the full scope of work before any digging or pouring begins. The company lists concrete services, paver walkways, patios, retaining walls, and French drains among its offerings and approaches each job with a construction sequence that starts below grade.

Customers describe jobs such as backyard leveling to fix standing water, excavation and compaction for pathways, removal of old concrete patios followed by new gravel or stamped concrete surfaces, irrigation system redesigns, French drain installation, front and back bed rebuilds with new plants, sod replacement, and fence additions for pets. Reviewers note that Noe and the crew completed these projects on time, left sites clean, and produced yards that drained properly with healthy plantings and solid hardscape. Several mention work on corner lots, pool surroundings, and full front-to-back transformations that addressed both drainage problems and appearance.

Noe responds quickly to calls, provides detailed written project descriptions with material and labor costs, and stays in touch through the job. Reviewers say he arrives when promised, works through weather delays without added charges, finishes within the original quote, and returns for follow-up if needed. The crew serves the Tomball and greater Houston region on residential properties and keeps schedules tight enough to complete most jobs in two to three days.

All listed reviews give five stars and highlight the same points of punctuality, clear communication, fair pricing, and solid results on drainage and concrete work. Noe receives repeated mention for practical plant choices and site coordination.

“PLS Landscaping is a very professionally run business. Neo came out promptly to discuss the work we wanted done. He sent me a very detailed written description of the project, how it would be done, the supplies needed, and the cost of the labor and materials. Neo and his crew came promptly on the scheduled days to install the hardscape and the grass as planned. Everything was completed and done exactly as we had discussed. They also relocated the dirt taken out of the work site to another part of our yard where we needed some fill. Everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition. “We have been using PLS Landscaping and Noe for the past 5½ years, and I can’t recommend them enough! Over the years, they’ve completed extensive landscaping projects in both our front and back yards. When we built our pool, Noe completely redesigned and installed our backyard sprinkler system, and everything has worked beautifully. Now we rely on PLS Landscaping twice a year to refresh and update all of our landscaping, and our yard always looks fantastic. Noe is incredibly reliable, shows up when he says he will, charges fair prices, and is always easy to communicate and coordinate with. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right and is genuinely one of the friendliest contractors we’ve worked with. If you’re looking for someone who does high-quality work, is dependable, and truly cares about his customers, I highly recommend PLS Landscaping and Noe. We’ve trusted him with our home for years and will continue to do so.”

“Noe and his team did a fantastic job with the back yard and front yard install of sod as well as some landscaping we needed done. PLS was always on time from the day they first came out to quote the job all the way until final completion. Noe has been one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. He took his time to understand exactly what all we were interested in having done to our property and always was helpful to offer both advice and alternative solutions to ensure our vision and needs were met. Even when there were a couple hiccups during the SOD install due to both weather and materials, Noe didn't hesitate to offer multiple solutions ensuring no sacrifice to either schedule or quality of the job. My only regret is not finding Noe and PLS for other jobs we could have use him and his team. We will be reaching out to Noe for future work knowing that we are getting a fair price, quality work, and a reliable contractor.”
