“We love our new address stone and found Stone Creations easy to work with. Initially we were reluctant to erecting the large stone ourselves but with the help of a couple friends it was easier than expected. We dug a foot deep hole, place the rebar and poured a concrete base and let it dry. From there we were able to slide the stone into place and brace it with 2x4s until the concrete set. We priced compared these types of stone signs and found Stone Creations to be one of the more reasonably priced. For a “DIY” project, go for it……even the design and selection of stone was easy.”

“Very pleased with our stone, we made an adjustment after our order, it was done without question or trouble. We ordered our stone at the last Gruene Market days of the year. Instead of having to wait till the next Market Days in the spring they met us in New Braunfels to deliver our stone. Great company to work with will definitely use then again.”

“I attended the Angleton Market Days craft show and I saw Stone Creations had booth. After speaking to the gentleman, I ordered an address stone in a stone color and font of my choosing. “Be careful that you are very specific on what you order from this company. What we picked up, today, is not what we thought we ordered. We attended the January First Monday show and ordered a “boulder”, but did not want the flag pole. We thought we were clear when we ordered that we were ordering the full boulder (an actual large rock) for our son’s memorial garden. We weren’t sure what we wanted engraved on the stone when we ordered, so we were given an email address and some helpful websites to visit for fonts and ideas. We emailed our design the 3rd week of January, but did not get any reply until the middle of February with a design that was not what we had sent. We replied and asked about our design, and were told we had to email the “art department”, which was a different email address that what we had been given when we placed our order. What Stone Creations of Texas made us is more like a yard sign, or “tile” stone, but what we ordered and thought we paid for and we’re getting was a “flag boulder without the flag”. Our plans for the landscaping for our son’s memorial will have to be changed, now. This isn’t a problem for Stone Creations of Texas, but it is a proble”

“What outstanding customer service we received from Stone Creations. We had our stone at one home, sold the house and had not built the next house. They picked the stone up, changed the address and when ready delivered it to our new location. Couldn’t possibly be more pleased! Thank you so much!”

“Great experience working with Stone Creations. They went above and beyond to insure delivery before Christmas & the product is top notch. Due to the mistake made by their employee & the additional inconvenience agreed to ( delayed pickup & taking time off work to meet up with them) Stone Creations indicated they were considering my invoice “paid” . Since I hadn’t heard from them by Dec 23, I again reached out to see if the piece was going to be delivered . After several exchanges with Stone & adjusting of my clients to open up schedules , we drove to a job site in a nearby town & the exchange happened . I then wrote this initial review. However , 3 days after Christmas ,Stone Creations called asking for additional $$,despite the screen shot I provided, where they previously indicated my invoice was “paid”. The tone of this discussion was very different from previous interactions with the Stone Creations associate indicating they didn’t intend their written communication to mean fully paid. We discussed the full details of the entire transaction. I suggested we both compromise & agree to an amount in the middle. However at the end of the discussion , she would only agree t”

“*Boulder art that holds up to TX weather* We stopped at Canton trade days on the way home and found what we didnt know we needed...flag pole boulder. George, from Stone Creations of Texas, explained the different options and we wound up finding one on site that matched our house and had the seal of TX graphic engraved...winning! Thankfully they delivered to our location (3-hours away). Ryan coordinated delivery date, arrived, and setup the stone work. It was an all inclusive price and they let us pay half upfront and the rest upon delivery. We will definitely reach out again for custom Boulder with family crest.”

“Ordered my late husband's headstone at Canton First Monday Trade days. Was to pick it up the next month but Canton was flooded and required a thorough clean up before they could open...which put them behind. I picked it up the next month and an very pleased with it!! Note that you mentioned a 5 star review. Please know that I never give anyone a 5 star as I was reared that there is ALWAYS room for improvement! Know that I am so very pleased with what I received and have referred others to you!!”

“I ordered a cornerstone for an important corporate event on our project. I paid for it and an extra rush charge to be ready by 4/29/2022. Tried calling several times to get the status of my proof and the readiness of the cornerstone and got no reply from my calls or emails. The day that I was to pick up the cornerstone I get an email telling me it was dropped and they would not have it ready. It was unbelievable. Today, I finally got the refund after having to get upset in an email. I will never use this company nor would I recommend them. They left me in quite a predicament that put my job at risk by not being up front with me as soon as there was an issue with my order.”
