“I am beyond being blessed in being guided to first financial assistance that is available for seniors 62+ that are in need of emergency or urgent repairs on their septic system. It is offered by a USDA grant. I worked with a great staff member, Samantha Murphy. She did an amazing job in getting all the paperwork l needed to get to her, then processed my case fairly quickly. The second blessing came with a little work in getting multiple estimates on what was needed to get my system up and running correctly. Now l will be honest my system was not only considered old being 20+ years old, but also in great need of repairs, mostly due to my not being aware or taught more about what was all needed to maintain the system. Also l made bad decisions in that l listened to people who claimed to know what to do, but did not. While having 3 different companies come out for estimates, is when l met Travis with T.E.R. Septic Site and Utilities Company. All l can say is that Travis is very patient and through in explaining each part of the system that was either not working, or failing, or aged to where it needed to be replaced.
