They honored the original bid, with a surcharge added because concrete cost them more now. We got in their queue, which was a few weeks long. Once the work started, it was done quickly and well. We added a few finishing touches that gave the finished work look like a "piece of art," according to our neighbor. Gustavo ran the job and was clearly the boss, but I could tell that his workers were happy with their jobs and with their relationship to their boss. “Setup an appointment and they call minutes before and the guy clearly didn’t want to come to my house. Talks to me and states I want to make this clear so you understand the prices before we charge 4,500 to do anything in the backyard regardless of the project. Clearly he didn’t want to come after 5 and I was rushing home to make the appointment having left my job early to make the appointment. If the guy doesn’t want to do his job have the courtesy of not setting up the appointment or cancelling it hours ahead so perspective customers aren’t put out. I will never do business with this company ever if this is how they conduct business. Clearly this guy wanted to get rid of me because he told me some other unsettling things to make sure I would cancel. Clearly he doesn’t work on commission and the company isn’t worth my time.”
