“Please humor me in following along with this lengthy review regarding my experience today with Imperial Overhead Garage Door Repair.  Wife and I were enjoying some dinner last night when we heard that stomach-turning, crashing, loud sound, coming from the garage; that if you've ever had a garage spring break on you, its a very familiar sound that you never want to hear.  I immediately sent a message on Google requesting estimates.  I received over 10 estimates in 5 minutes. Some estimates were very low, but the ratings for most of those companies were "concerning." Fast forward to today, Friday. I had a company lined up to come to the house at noon.  However, I received a text after noon stating that the technician was re-routed and that it would be 'later'.  'Later' then turned into 'can't make it today, but can come out on Sunday'. I was then faced with a decision -  to wait until Sunday for a very low price, or find someone that could come out on a Friday afternoon on short notice and hopefully, provide a reasonable quote.  I chose to take my chances and search for a company that could come out today.  Because Imperial had nearly 100% 5-Star reviews and the owner responds to ”
