“My parents and I have been customers for years. This is a small family owned outfit and they are good, honest people. Ben is an amazing technician. He is always able to get out to help us quickly. We just had a motor go out and I figured I would have to buy a new one but Susan, who is also awesome, notified me that it was still under warranty! I would never have known. She saved me from dropping a bunch of money on a brand new one. Talk about great customer service! We could not be more thrilled. We will never use anyone else!”

“I have used Suburban Garage Door previously and have been very happy with the work and attention. I was in the process of scheduling another service call when she recommended that I give some attention to the electric eyes. I didn’t see what that would matter given that the door opened but wouldn’t close. Nevertheless, I gave it a try and —lo and behold— it works in both directions, up and down, now. They easily could’ve gotten me for a token service fee but instead they made a customer, indeed, an advocate for life. Competent and honest is a robust combination!”

“I was lied to over the phone regarding pricing. Unfortunately this family business has decided the best way to further their business is by not telling me the truth. I decided to use suburban door due to a recommendation from a friend and typically am very gracious and understanding. However, they decided to wait until the person repairing my garage door was there and finished repairing, to tell my how much it would actually cost. I understand cost can vary but it was very far off. I told it was a flat rate of $50. If there was additional tools or the machine needed to be replaced it would cost extra. Well when they arrive they decide to tell us it will cost $169.00. I will not be using this company again. If you have someone as a receptionist answering phone calls, they need to speak more clearly if someone asks you a direct question regarding red in pricing. I will not be using this company again”

“A wonderful company that I’ve used for 15+ years. My old garage door bowed and needed to he replaced. While clearing out items to prepare for the installation. The door wouldn’t close at the end of the day. Susan answered my frantic call at 6:30pm. Ben arrived early the next day. The installation was scheduled 5 days out. At my request. Ben was concerned that the door was going to be open for 5 nights. Susan calls soon after he leaves. And works her magic to get the install moved to the next day. Suburban door provides exceptional service. Fair prices. And most importantly, they care about their customers! Thank you Suburban Door”

“Suburban Door is great!! For almost 10 years, they have been a great company to work with!! Verrry responsive and caring. Same day service when at all possible and is needed!!! I was trapped in the garage and I called to see if there was.a manual way to open the door since the normal way didn’t work. Over the phone, Susan diagnosed the problem and got her technician scheduled that day to come to allow door to be manually opened, with a permanent fix the next morning. They go above and beyond normal Customer Care. They are very knowledgeable about their product and very available to help over the phone, with great attitudes! A family firm, too.
