He had texted his photograph and information the day before. He explained exactly what they were going to do, how and why. He also set up a new wall mount control and car remote opener for me. I appreciate his workmanship & great personality. I’m very happy with the new garage door!!”

“I had a spring break about 11:30pm on my 16’ garage door. Called up Pro Lift and got an estimate and Kody was here by 2:00pm. He grabbed his tools and springs that were the same part number as my old ones. He had to grind off burrs on one side of shaft and put new springs on. He worked the garage door and said it’s to heavy. He removed those springs and put on the next size heavier which is what most doors take that are insulated. He adjusted the new ones and the door balanced like it should. He adjusted the up and down travel to get it perfect. I lube my door and had just done that a week earlier so he didn’t need to but he asked. He also showed me a place where the bracket bolts to garage door and they have a long support that uses the areas on door bolts to distribute the pull weight better so bolts don’t try to pull out of the door. I will do that at a later date. He does excellent professional work and is very personable. I will always use these guys for future work.”
