Willow Creek Overhead Door

Willow Creek Overhead Door takes care of garage door work in Amarillo, Texas. Tony Hall runs the outfit and handles installations, repairs, spring replacements, cable fixes, and opener service for houses and commercial spots. He answers calls himself and lines up the right parts before heading out so the job gets done without extra trips.

Homeowners reach him after a spring breaks and leaves the door stuck shut or when cables come loose and the door starts to bind. Tony has come out the same afternoon or first thing the next morning to swap springs, add a second spring for better balance on older double doors, replace cables, and get the door moving smooth again. He has also repaired openers that failed right before a holiday weekend, straightened dented bottom panels without new parts, and put in complete new doors when insurance claims came through.

Tony picks up the phone fast and often shows up within an hour or two of the call, even late in the day. He gives a clear price up front that lands lower than other shops in town, works straight through until the door is running right, and keeps the conversation plain while he explains what broke and why. The service stays inside the Amarillo area with same-day or next-morning arrivals common on spring and cable calls.

The company carries a five-star Google rating from thirty-seven reviews. Reviewers keep noting the quick arrival times, fair costs, and clean fixes that leave the door working like new. DIRT Score 4.6 from 37 reviews on Finds.

“Fast response and quality work! I’ve used Willow Creek multiple times at two different houses over the years and trust their expertise.”

“Tony was at my house within 2 hours of my call assessing, my garage door. I had mentioned the broken springs on the phone to him, and he also found that my cables were missing as well. Luckily for me, he was completely prepared for this too. He was able to fix my door in 30 minutes, and now it works perfectly. He was very friendly, and visited with me while I asked my hundreds of questions. With him being professional and friendly, having same day (near immediate) service and competitive pricing, there's not more you could ask for in a professional service. I HIGHLY recommend Willow Creek Overhead Door to anyone. Thank you again for such a great experience!”

“My garage door wasn't working properly. Like most people, I hopped online to see what companies in Amarillo could help me out. I chose to use Willow Creek Overhead Door because of the 5 star rating and positive Google reviews I saw. I'm happy to add my own 5 star review as testament to the superb service I experienced. Tony promptly answered my call and set a time to come out the same day. An opening came up earlier and he called to see if I could accommodate the earlier time. Of course! He showed up himself and went straight to work, figuring out the problem and finding me a reasonably priced solution. He patiently answered all the questions I asked and even chatted up my 3 year old son. Total time was about 1.5 hrs and that included him having to go get a part we didn't anticipate needing. I'm happy to recommend Tony and Willow Creek Overhead Door. He is a honest man doing good solid work. You will not be disappointed. “I highly recommend this business. I call late one afternoon they were here the next morning. Job was completed and gone in just a matter of few hours. Garage door is old by the time the serviceman got thru it works like a new one. I will use them again if and when the occasion presents it self.”

“Our garage door spring broke last night, and the original installer told us it would be two days before they could get to us. After reading reviews of other local overhead door companies, we called Tony at Willow Creek Overhead Door. He answered immediately, and after I explained the problem, he said he would be there in an hour to make the repair. Tony arrived about 45 minutes later. The original double door and opener were installed by another local overhead door company when our home was purchased eight years ago and had only one spring. Tony recommended that we go back with two springs to assist with the lift. He completed the installation within 30 minutes, and it works perfectly!!! In fact, the door and opener had never worked correctly. Although we had the original installer come twice to adjust things, the motor had always put out a loud groaning sound with each opening and closing of the door. That installer always said that was just the way it was... But now, with the two springs installed by Tony, the door opener works super smoothly with almost no noise or lurching as we had experience over the past eight years. To summarize, we are ecstatic with the job done by To”

“Tony is awesome, he came out within 4 hours of my call. He was professional and thorough. He gave me a very fair price. I would recommend him to anyone looking for garage door troubleshooting or repair. Will definitely use him again. Thanks so much Tony.”

“I called Willow Creek to repair a broken spring on my garage door. Mr. Hall was friendly, professional, courteous, and performed the repairs the same day I called. On top of that, his prices were better than the other 4 local companies I compared. I'm not usually impressed by a service company, unless they actually go above and beyond. Mr. Hall did just that. I definitely recommend Willow Creek Overhead Door.”

“My husband and I are both in college here in Canyon and are new home owners. I called several garage door places trying to get bids for our garage door, Tony answered, gave me a bid (cheapest bid I received) and was working on my garage door 45 min later. He was very nice and made our garage door work as if it was brand new! We will definitely be recommending him to our friends and family and using him again if ever needed!! Thanks so much Tony!”

“My husband and I are first time homebuyers and were dealing with our first homeowners insurance claim. I called our original garage door company and they wanted to charge me a fee to come out and give me an estimate for a new garage door. Finding Willow Creek Overhead Doors was a great blessing. Mr. Hall came out the same day I called, gave me an estimate to give to my insurance company. We ended up with a beautiful high-end garage door that compliments our home beautifully. It was installed in less than two hours and we are thrilled with the quality and the work. We could not be happier with Mr. Hall and Willow Creek Overhead Door Company.”

“Long story short, I had dented in the bottom panel of my garage door when it got stuck on my vehicle. I was afraid I had done a lot of damage to the door, so I had put off calling anyone for over a month. I finally called Willow Creek Overhead Door and not only did they come out within 15 minutes, they were in and out and done with the job quickly!! Best part? “My garage door stopped working on the Friday afternoon right before Labor Day weekend. I called Tony after 5 p.m. and he was at my house the following morning (Saturday) at 7:30 a.m. fixing my door! I told Tony that the only thing that was broken was a spring and he was prepared to replace the springs on Saturday. However, as it turned out, it damage to the garage door opener was more extensive than I thought and so Tony had to come back the following Tuesday to complete the repairs. Tony was right back at it on Tuesday morning and fixed my door quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend Willow Creek Overhead Door to anyone who wants a quick, responsive and affordable overhead door company! WDBWA!”
