Atlas Overhead Garage Door Repair

Atlas Overhead Garage Door Repair handles garage door repair and installation work out of Arlington, Texas. David runs the operation and covers the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex with full service on doors, openers, springs, cables, rollers, and panels. The company keeps crews available around the clock, including weekends, and handles both quick fixes and complete replacements without charging extra for off hours.

Customers call them for openers that stop working, broken torsion springs, cables that snap at night, and doors that make loud noises or bend on the track. David and his helper Brad have installed new doors and openers on multiple homes, swapped out wrong sized springs, added reinforcement struts, and replaced rollers to stop binding. One job fixed a loud banging door that another outfit wanted to replace entirely for eighteen hundred dollars, and the repair cost far less while making the door quiet and smooth again. Several homeowners mention David explaining options without pushing extra work and then finishing the repair the same day.

They reach jobs fast, often within an hour or on the same day even on Sundays, and they answer calls and texts promptly to give estimates over the phone. Pricing comes in lower than other bids in several cases, with no surprise charges and clear explanations of what needs doing. Service stays inside the Dallas Fort Worth area, and crews work on both single and double doors plus gates when needed.

The company holds a five star rating across two hundred seventy Google reviews. Reviewers keep noting honest repairs instead of full replacements, clear communication, and solid results on springs, openers, and full door jobs.

“My garage door opener bit the dust unexpectedly and David did an excellent job installing a new unit. He also advised me that the old springs were of the wrong size, but they would suffice for the time being. He didn't try to upsell me on the springs but I decided to replace them anyway! Definitely high quality work, high quality (non-builder grade) equipment and great pricing. Bravo sir”

“Atlas Overhead replaced my garage door opener. He was professional and did excellent work. He charged a fair price considering all the work that needed to be done. I am impressed with my new garage door opener and his excellent work and service. I recommend David to anyone needing work on garage door work.”

“Great experience from start to finish! David and his assistant did an excellent job installing my two new garage doors and openers. Everything looks great, works perfectly, and the installation was done professionally and efficiently. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was set up correctly before leaving. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for garage door installation or replacement.”

“I had a great experience with Atlas Overhead! My garage door was making a loud banging noise, and one of the panels was bending whenever it opened or closed. Another company recommended replacing the entire door for $1,800, but Atlas was able to repair it for a small fraction of that cost. They installed a new reinforcement strut, replaced the rollers, and performed preventative maintenance. The door is now significantly quieter and operates smoothly without bending. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and willingness to repair the existing door rather than immediately recommend an expensive replacement. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough good things about Atlas Overhead Garage Door Repair! Both David & Brad were absolutely wonderful. They were professional, knowledgeable, honest, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. My garage door stopped working, and they were quick to respond and came out on a Sunday, which I really appreciated. They diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and had it repaired quickly. I felt completely comfortable with them. It’s not every day you come across people who are this trustworthy and provide this level of customer service. I will definitely call Atlas Overhead Garage Door again if I ever need anything, and I highly recommend Atlas to anyone needing garage door service! Thank you both for making a stressful situation so much easier! 😊”

“I needed a new garage door motor/drivetrain, two remotes and a new keypad. David at Atlas quickly answered my call gave me an estimate over the phone and was doing the install a few days later. Atlas was a little cheaper than others, finished 15min faster than estimated, and was 100% professional and patient with my questions. The function of the new motor and chain BLEW my mind. If I were touring a multi-million dollar mansion I would expect the same kind of door and function. It is a 20th of the decibels of my older one. I am SO impressed with Atlas. 10000% recommend!!!!”

“Great experience with Atlas Garage and David! After reading reviews and seeing photos online, I decided to take a chance on Atlas Garage for the first time when my garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. David was prompt in the morning and worked me into his schedule quickly. He was very professional, honest, and efficient, and took the time to explain several options for some long-overdue maintenance. In addition to replacing the broken spring, he replaced worn rollers, fixed a dent in the door, and walked me through general maintenance for the future. I also ended up having insulation added to both single garage doors and sealing work done, which has made a huge difference in keeping the garage much cooler during the Texas summer heat. The mobile invoicing and receipts were also very convenient. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend David and Atlas Garage.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ David at Atlas Garage is absolutely amazing! At first, I was hesitant about paying a service fee, so I shopped around and got three other estimates. Then I called David to see if he could meet my needs and possibly beat the other quotes. Not only was he confident and knowledgeable, but he also came through with excellent results. David was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond—offering additional services at no extra charge, applying several discounts, and even providing same-day evening service. In the end, he got the job done for $200 less than my cheapest estimate. If you’re looking for quality service and real savings, I highly recommend David and Atlas Garage!”
