“Our garage door decided to crap out on us over the weekend. It's a pretty old door - and a wheel had come off the track and did some nasty damage. A friend referred me to Jeff Merkel. Jeff is extremely professional. Awesome communication before he showed up - and he was able to get the old door back in working order (I was convinced that we would need a new door). If you need your door replaced or fixed - I highly recommend using him!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Jeff with Iconic Exterior in Springtown. My garage door was seriously messed up, and Jeff came out, took his time, and fixed multiple issues — including things he didn’t have to. He was professional, honest, and went above and beyond in a way you don’t see much anymore. No upselling, no pressure — just solid work from someone who genuinely cares about doing things right. “After having multiple people look at my garage door and recommending a new one, Jeff was the most honest and was able to fix my garage door at a reasonable price.”

“Iconic Exteriors is absolutely the best around!! They replaced my garage door a few years ago and did an AMAZING job, so when I accidentally backed into it recently, they were the first ones I called! They came out the SAME day to take a look and had it completely fixed by the next day at an amazing price! Their service is fast, reliable, and professional every time. I’ll always call them for any garage door repairs or projects. Highly recommend!”

“Terrible drivers! I’m out in Lake Worth, baby in tow, and one of your impatient drivers was speeding behind me. I guess I didn’t move out of his way fast enough and the truck horn and road rage went full force on me.”

“Jeff answered my text promptly and provided excellent customer service. I will not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family when the time comes to fix or replace a garage door or a garage door opener!”

“Jeff did an amazing job on our garage door. We upgraded to an insulated door with nylon rollers and can barely hear the door open and close. I’m looking forward to seeing how much it helps our electric bill.”

“Jeff from Iconic Exteriors installed our new garage door today. He was both friendly and professional. The door looks great. My door sensors didn’t work when we bought the house and he replaced free of charge. He also showed me a couple of thing’s about the door and motor I didn’t know. I would recommend his company for any future work that you might need done.”

“The best customer service I have ever had with a contractor. Jeff goes well above and beyond his job to do it right. Jeff gives white glove treatment. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again. If you want a job done correctly with top notch customer service this is your guy. No need to look elsewhere. He already earned my business with the replacement of my garage door.”

“Amazing company! I had a garage door problem that appeared to be very bad. My garage door was popping and sagging. I called Iconic Exteriors and they came out and gave me 3 options. I believe the guy who came out was named Jeff, he was super professional and knowledgeable. Two options were given for repairs and one was for a new door. He explained each options price and benefit. I was impressed by his honesty as I expected he would push for a replacement. He did the inexspensive repair and the door is working fine. This is the only company I will call when I need garage door work. His honesty and professionalism has earned them a lifelong customer.”
