“Incredible job! Joey showed up early, diagnosed the problem quickly and assisted me in an educated solution. Because of a faulty circuit board, which was going to cost around $325 to replace, we ended up deciding to replace our 19 year old LiftMaster with a new belt drive LiftMaster which was only $100 more than the new chain drive. And this new system is way way better, with much bigger and brighter lighting, a Wifi camera, phone app to open and close remotely it's much quieter opening and closing. It was very hot, but he stayed until the job was fully complete, including lubing my door wheels, helping me sync the new opener to my Wifi (which we had to do multiple times because I didn't remember my password) and programing the new remotes and cars to the new system including my separate driveway gate so we I don't have to use different remotes. He said he would come back if I had any issues, especially with the Wifi. Extremely professional, polite and friendly. Great guy! Would highly recommend O'Brien and Joey to anyone in need of servicing your garage doors.”

“Our garage door came off the track on a Saturday and in searching for help I saw OBrien was open on Saturday so I called and left a message and received a return cal within a few minutes. She couldn’t send anyone that day but scheduled us for Monday morning 8-12. They called at 10 this morning to let us know the ETA had changed to 12:30-2pm. Our technician Mike arrived promptly and got right to work. He got our door back on track and adjusted everything to working perfectly all at a surprisingly reasonable cost.
