Then he told me that if I let him replace the rollers for $200, he would adjust the door at no charge. I showed him the company's website, which states that the work is warranted for one year. During the original visit, they tried to sell me a $2,400 package that I didn't need. All I needed were new springs. The price started at $900, but after I told them I wanted to get additional quotes, the price suddenly dropped to $500. They continued pushing the package upgrades, but I declined and had only the springs replaced. The springs still made noise afterward. I was told the noise would go away within a week or so, but it never did. According”
