What Customers Say
““I have been shopping at Home Depot for over10 years and have made purchases at many Home Depot stores across the country. I have never experienced anything like this before. I came to make a purchase using our company’s established phone payment process, which has been used successfully many times in the past. However, one employee refused to assist me and told me that they could not sell to me and that I calmly asked why, but was not given a clear explanation. I was only told that because the account holder lives in California, they could not process the sale. Later, another supervisor indicated that the transaction could, in fact, be completed. I felt disrespected and embarrassed in front of other customers. I have always had positive experiences at Home Depot, which is why this incident was so disappointing. I hope the store’s management reviews this situation, provides better training to its employees, and ensures that all customers are treated with professionalism, consistency, and respect.””
