“My mother had a problem with her garage door not closing so she scheduled Veteran Garage Door Repair to take a look at it and quote necessary repairs. She had to work so I met with Antoine R. for the estimate. He was on time and prepared to handle the problem. Incredibly knowledgeable and he had the parts in his van to complete the work immediately. He gave me pricing on different options and future options. He was quite the professional and it took no time at all for him to replace the parts needed. I would highly recommend this company to others. I was very pleased with my experience. Other companies can take note from Veterans on what Customer Service should be like. Thank you again Antoine R. And Veterans Garage Door Repair.”

“The tech came out and gave me a full explanation of the quote, he didn't push to sell me more than what I needed, and that was awesome, I had 2 other companies come out and give me an estimate and, he was the only one not pushing to sell me more than what I ask for, he gave me options and explain every single one but was not pushing for me to buy what I didn't want, for that reason as soon as I can have the money to change out the complete door and assembly they will be the ones I contact for my next service.”
