He offered to try option 1 first and then do option 2 if needed. He showed me the problems. He was very efficient. The price for my repairs was reasonable and completed quickly. “We were confirmed for commercial door repair service to replace a broken spring and given a 12pm-3pm timeframe but the scheduling called at 3pm to cancel because the tech was held over on his earlier job. We re-scheduled the repair for 12pm-2pm the next day but the technician called at 12:30 to will be waiting for his arrival "around 2:30pm". We explained that we aren't available to meet but left replacement springs for his use in the repair. He replied that "commercial rollup doors can't be repaired but would have to be replaced and he would have to order a replacement door for future replacement"...unacceptable and simply not true! We are in the self-storage business and regularly have worn out door springs replaced and so we keep them on hand. After 2-days of waiting for cancelled appointments and excuses we have contacted an alternate overhead door contractor.”
