“Have done business with this company for 35 years and will never use them again! Horrible service and will never return phone calls. The owner is completely MIA and obviously does not have the appropriate service technicians to service the products sold. I have been patiently waiting for over a month to have entrance repaired and it has been one misrepresentation after another. There are too many qualified businesses in our area to waste your time with these foks!”

“Contacted Overhead Door about garage door not going down from car remote. Sales person came out and said I needed new garage opener. Offered to come back Thursday but I decided Friday would be better for me. Asked if I could get a morning call and was told he would request it but couldn’t promise it. I also asked if they would program both my cars and he assured me that was no problem. Tech showed up after lunch and didn’t know how to program my cars plus on the work order ticket it was noted call to be made after lunch. Here I wait all morning for service man and he shows up after lunch and can not program my cars. I called the office and was told no person was available to program my cars and that she would put me down for Monday. Here I’ve wasted two days sitting around waiting for a tech to finish my job. The tech that did show up Friday did a good job but why would company send a tech that couldn’t complete the job. Guess they figure my time is not valuable.”

“Today we had screens put in by Overhead Door . Roman was the lead guy and he supervised his team well. It took workers a bit longer to finish the job because of an alignment issue, but they remained pleasant and finished job in a manner. Each of the guys seemed highly qualified and knowledgeable of materials and installation. We had to pay for a separate electrician but was advised of this upfront. “I give 5stars yo the technician Jessie he was excellent and finally fixed my door. I can not say the same about any other staff. They have no communication skills. After i called the first time i was told Tuesday the tech would be there. He came and told us that needed a part and he didn't have it wasn't sure if needed to order it or if available in another truck, that he would call me next day. 2 days later i had to call the office back to ask what had happened and was told a tech was scheduled to come today. No one ever called to inform us anything. “within an hour “she said and then i get a call asking if i still needed the service, REALLY?”

After I backed into part of our garage door (whoops..), we called Overhead Door and they had someone out the same day. The technicians were able to knock the beams and wheel back into place so it functioned until our replacement panel comes in. “My garage door cracked and broke, so I gave Overhead Door a call and spoke to Mrs. Vicky. She was very nice, listened to what I had to say, and set a time for the next day, that a salesman would come out. Sure enough the next day, I get a text and a phone call from the salesman (which is very convenient), That he was on his way to my home. Once he arrived, he explained all of the different door styles, colors, and options. John was very knowledgeable, about all of their products. I was sold when he gave me a quote within 10 minutes on the spot. He was very flexible with the time and day I wanted it to be installed. Within one week, Jorge came to install the new door, track system and supports. And to Also add a garage door motor to my rear garage Door, which did not have one. Jorge was very professional and courteous to my home, garage and surrounding areas. He removed the old door, installed the new one, and the new motor on the rear garage door in a very timely manner. Once he finished, he swept and cleaned up all of the debris and trash. He left my garage the way he found it. I wouldn’t go with any other garage door company! “I requested an appointment for today and was scheduled for 12-3pm. Dylan arrived at 12:10, we explained the problem, he did an inspection and explained in detail what the problems were and what needed to be done and the cost. After we agreed he began doing the work needed. He was efficient and completed in a timely manner. He was very courteous. We are very pleased with OHD and highly recommend them.”

Only problem was the $168.00 labor charge for the 20 minute job. Thought that was a little steep for the work involved.”

My garage door was busted at the beginning of the Quarantine period and I waited this long to have it serviced in pursuant to stay home, save lives. Being On call at the hospital, having a working garage is an added safety feature most especially being called at the middle of the night or very early morning. “On Wed., June 9, 2021 our garage doors were installed. It took several weeks for the doors to come in, due to COVID delays. When they finally arrived at my home, the installers worked hard & did an excellent job. (The only reason I rated a three) However, they accidentally picked up the wrong decorative hardware. The guys said they would return on Thursday or Friday to install the correct hardware. No problem. No one showed up either day. Monday no one called or showed. Tuesday I called. I was told the hardware was not in stock and needed to be ordered. Again, even though there was no communication from the salesman, John, it was still no problem. A month later, I had heard nothing from overhead door, so again touched base. Like everything else, COVID was causing a delay. Three weeks later, the same scenario played out but this time I was upset because there had been no communication from John. We did not have a pleasant conversation. John felt my frustrations were ridiculous, because “it’s just decoration”. Yes, decorations that I paid for. Absolutely no customer service or service recovery! The conversation was ended by an agreement that John would get with the d”

“Had a small job to install a hurricane shutter on south side of my porch to block the rain and wind, Todd Miller came out the next day and got dimensions and took pictures, in a week his tech's Arron and Bob installed the shutter with amazing craftsmanship and know how. Great people, very nice and respectable business, shutter works perfectly and looks very nice. I had Action Overhead Door come out before Overhead Door, Action took measurements and have yet to get back with me. They lost the job and I'm glad I went with OverHead Door, they are fantastic, call them first, any job of yours is important to them, Thank you Todd and Arron and Bob!”
