“The team at Welborn works together to provide great customer service matched with quality parts. Justin Jones took time to explain our needs not just the immediate problem. He is a genuine expert. Grant Johnson worked with the supply side to make sure we received the best level product based on our budget and usage patterns. Kameron Taylor, JT, and the install team worked for hours in the heat to get the job done and to educate us on full usage of the products. All of this and friendly, professional care from start to finish. Welborn is a fantastic choice.”

“Tiffany explained that we need to lubricate the garage door every 6 months Garage Door Lubricant. But we should never use WD-40 because it de-lubricate it. That was some awesome news that I didn't know. She even told me where to purchase the lubricant. Awesome customer service. Thank you”

“Scott was awesome. He worked with my changing schedule and fit me in quickly. Even though my door isn’t too old, he gave it a tune up and it’s so much quieter and running like new. He gave me some great suggestions, but there was zero high pressure sales pitch. I’ll definitely be calling them back for any other needs.”

“I came across this company through a mailer coupon and decided to give them a shot for a garage door tune-up — and I’m so glad I did. Jacob and James came out today and did a fantastic job. Even though the company is new to the DFW area, these two worked like true professionals. They were punctual, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. What really stood out was the time they took to explain everything — from what they were adjusting to what I should keep an eye on down the road. They didn’t try to upsell anything or rush through the job. Just honest, solid work with clear communication. It’s rare to find that kind of service these days. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future garage door needs. Highly recommended!”

“Our technician was Hunter, who arrived exactly on time, explained what he would do and when he was done went over everything. I will definitely use Garage Door Doctor in the future, thanks Hunter you were great!! ADDENDUM : had to have GRC out on a totally unrelated. Issue from their first visit, I called them at 4:30 pm one day and they were there at 10:am the next day, they had everything with them to do the job, so I didn’t have schedule them to come back out. Jason and Jacob were true professionals and very personable. Not only did they clean the floor on the door they worked on, they cleaned the floor of dust bunnies and such for our other 2 bays !! Theses guys are real pros and you can’t go using them ! OOPS that should be you can’t go wrong using them !”
