“The initial visit from Kevin and him being able to get my garage to close was beyond helpful BUT when it comes to the installation. Service was dreadful. A 3rd party team arrived and couldn’t speak English. Fought with me for over an hour about installing the new garage door, rollers and spring because there was an item in my garage that was “in the way”. Called and asked for the manager of Veteran Garage Doors to call me back and I’m still waiting. Horrible service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!”
