He was super professional, identified the issue immediately (which did involve replacing the now 25 year old Garage Door opener which was fair enough), charged a very fair price to replace everything all in and was done in about 45 minutes. There was even an issue the next day where the sensors were out of alignment and James swung by the very next morning, fixed it up and was on his way in minutes (at no extra cost).
