They then cancelled the appointment 35 minutes before hand and didn’t answer any communications for TWO WEEKS. All-in-all, it was over a month without a working garage door. Ended up getting the home warranty company to assign someone else to replace my garage door. Once assigned, they completed the job in 3 days. I would recommend fighting tooth and nail to get a different company assigned to take care of your garage door. Hopefully someone learns from my suffering.”
