“Do not use Lone Star. Here is my experience: They installed a garage door in our home before we purchased it. Our home inspector immediately identified it as an improper installation. I contacted Lone Star in 2023 — the owner refused to acknowledge any issue and dismissed our inspector’s findings. Fast forward two years: the door collapsed due to that same installation defect. I reached back out to finally get it corrected, and now the owner won’t even respond. This company installed something incorrectly, refused to take responsibility when given the chance to make it right, and went silent when the consequences caught up with them. I have the photos and documentation to back this up. There are better companies out there — use one of them”
