“My property management company contacted McCain's about a broken spring on my garage door, and McCain's had a technician at my door in a half an hour! I've put this company in my contacts in my phone, and I'll always ask for Jimmy (the tech that did the job today). He is fast, but more importantly he took the time to dial in the load on each spring separately (VERY heavy door needed two springs) until the door held itself open without moving at each panel hinge point. He properly spread the weight across both springs evenly. He properly lubed and checked the entire door. I've never heard a garage door open so quietly in my life. He was in and out so fast, but made sure the job was done right. Could not be happier. Friendly, funny, nice guy.”

“I had 2 cedar doors installed at my house by McLanes, the large garage door has had problems from the beginning, it had to be adjusted multiple times. In November of 2023 it had gotten worse, so I called them and they sent out a service person who replace the bottom hinges with some lightweight metal door hinges, which have now broken and split the wood on my wood door. I called them to ask them to make it right and she said I would have to pay to get the right hinges installed , even though they installed the wrong hinges! I wouldn't let them install a pet door on my dog house, stay away from these rip offs!”
