“The spring on my garage door broke around midnight. I was awake at the time and decided to get on the web and locate a repair company to fix it the next day if possible. I contacted Rhino via email and hoped to possibly have a response sometime by late afternoon the next day. When I checked my email at 7:20 AM the next morning, Ryan had responded that he had a late afternoon or a Saturday morning opening available. I scheduled the afternoon appointment.
