“Supreme Garage Door Repair installed an 8x7 garage door in my 12x12 shed. I decided to change out from wooden swing doors to a metal garage door because we had a rats getting into the shed from gaps in the wooden doors that I could never successfully plug. I needed a door that would seal completely to keep the vermin out. I expected the installation to be a challenge because the concrete slab was 2.5" off level. Kenneth managed to install the door and the company went the extra mile and provided a larger bottom seal to account for the 2.5" gap. End result is the rat problem is resolved, door seals as desired, and we're a happy customer. There was never any pressure to upsell or any surprising hidden costs. I will definitely use this company again. NOTE: The door was white and we, the homeowners, painted it green. If you ever want to paint a metal garage door, use garage door paint. Don't use latex as we did - it sticks where the panels meet. Lesson learned...”

Jason was incredibly communicative on when he planned to arrive, gave me a heads up when he was 15 minutes out, then called again upon arrival. He went through the issues that were going on and told me the immediate issue could be solved simply, but also told me about what he saw as a more major issue on the horizon and recommend I take care of it now while leaving the decision up to me and letting me know it wasn't something I had to do. I ended up doing the broader work but appreciated how Jason explained it honestly.
