“Absolutely exceptional! Came in a snow storm. Mike was our garage technician, and did an incredible job replacing new springs, bearing and shaft on our garage door. He was quick, efficient, and explained what was wrong and what he was doing advised tune up once a years. “I must have fallen into a parallel universe because we had Garage Doors Service Inc out today and my experience was nothing but 5 stars throughout. Springs broke on a family member's garage door and she called garage door service because she'd used them before. I offered to be at the house when Mike arrived because I was a residential contractor and service guy in a past life. The springs broke early evening Wednesday and someone scheduled us for service the same day. Before Mike arrived I got a text on my phone saying he was on his way. When he arrived he was a well groomed man who patiently answered every question I had (and I had plenty). He took the time to explain everything in easy-to-understand terms. We opted for the best springs so there would be a 3 years warranty. Mike pointed out many issues about the door I would have missed and fixed each of them as part of the service call. He thoroughly inspected the entire door and its operations. He found most of it was in excellent shape, but showed me how the cables and rollers were cheap and dying. He gave me the pros and cons of each repair option and we decided to purchase the best parts for the repairs. Being as I was a contractor and service guy for many years, I know sales talk when I hear it and I know when someone isn't knowledgeable and blowing smoke when answering questions. Mike did none of this. He was an ethical gentleman who gave me the straight story about what was needed and not needed. I never felt he was selling anything. His main concern was gaining another satisfied customer before he left which is exactly what he did.”
