“I’ve been installing Doors for 25 years and I’ve dealt with a lot of different companies and Bighorn is my go to distributor now. Their Doors are a great value for the quality door you’re getting. Such a great price. You won’t be disappointed!!!! This was my last project (of many at least 40) I did recently using big horn . And have a bigger project in two weeks . Which I’ll update . “It was that time to replace our front doors, after a few quotes from other companies for solid core fiberglass and solid wood we decided to look into wrought iron doors. These doors are far superior and yes they cost a little more, but the security and look they offer can’t be beat. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jay Teer at Big Horn. “All I can say is WOW! The place I originally ordered the entrance door from did not deliver. After a 4 month wait, I gave up and found Bighorn Iron Doors. I called and a gentleman by the name of Jay answered. I told him my issues and what I wanted, he made some suggestions and today our dream door was delivered and installed. “Omar and his son installed our double iron doors and the transom yesterday. The transom was extremely heavy and they finally had to get a lift to help with getting it in place. They stayed well after 8 pm to finish getting the doors up and lock installed. Very hard dedicated crew! The doors look beautiful!”

“Everything went smooth, from placing the order to delivery, to the install. Had the doors I wanted in stock and delivered to me within 1 week. They called me the day before they shipped them and gave me a time when they would be here. Also called an hour before. Guys were very nice delivering. Very very protected. I will attach photos. Took 3 guys to hang the frame for the single door and 4 guys to hang the double. It took 4 guys minimal to lift and hang each door. When I say they are heavy, I mean they are heavy. I haven’t installed the hardware, but they look great and heavy duty. I also went with the insulated doors, because you never know what type of weather we will have.”

“Our previous iron door we bought from Seconds and Surplus. It lasted about 4 years and was in such disrepair that it had to be replaced. I found Bighorn Iron Doors online and noticed they had a warehouse in Garland TX. I called them up and sent pics and measurements of my old door. They had a new door that I liked in stock. They sent me a turnkey quote that included everything involved with the install including trim and paint. It started raining so they weren't able to finish the same day but they made sure the new door was installed and sealed up from the elements. The new door was about 2 inches narrower than the existing so it involved extra framing. The installers came back the next day with wider than normal trim to adjust for the narrower door. They went above and beyond to make everything perfect. I highly recommend Bighorn Iron Doors and their installers! The new door is way better made. It is super heavy duty and seals up nice!”

“We purchased our Kush Pivot Door a little over a year ago and had nothing but issues with it. Our contractor gave us all kinds of solutions but no results. I called Daniel at Big Horn and explained our issue; the door was extremely hard to open and close. Daniel quickly discovered that our contractor had left out a very important screw during installation. It took my husband and I about 10 minutes to follow Daniel's instructions, install the screw, and make sure the door was level. Now our showstopper of a door works great! We get so many compliments. Pricing was also about half of other doors I looked at. I was wary to purchase because of this, but the quality and beauty were exactly what we hoped for. If I ever need another pivot door, I will absolutely reach out to them, and will be recommending them to everyone. (The contractor who installed the door? Not so much.)”

Not only were they the only one in the DFW area that I found with any inventory/stock, they were quick to get me on the schedule and install our new, beautiful door! The install crew was so polite and did an excellent job. And of course, we love the new front door!! Updated to add: we needed the door adjusted so it would seal properly after being installed/used nonstop during construction, and Daniel had a technician our first thing a few days later.
