“very poor service experience. i was charged $366 for a garage door repair, which included adjusting the motor settings and replacing a bracket. The technician completed the work in 30 minutes and said it included spring adjustment and lubrication. However, the problem reoccurred, and the technician returned after 24 hours, suggesting an additional $500-$800 for motor replacement. After escalating to management, i received a partial refund of $160. Then I contacted another company that fixed the issue by replacing the RPM sensor only. the lubrication and spring adjustment was also not done properly. Service was overpriced and of poor quality, I felt like I got ripped off. I would never choose them again.”
