Other calls covered bent doors that needed new panels, rails, and springs in about two hours, plus broken springs replaced on short notice. Technicians tuned up doors by swapping steel rollers for nylon ones, sealed gaps to block rodents, and installed new openers while explaining each step. One job replaced a single spring with a double setup that left the door level and quieter. Outcomes included doors that ran smoother and stayed reliable after the visit.

The company responds quickly to calls, often the same day, and fits appointments around customer schedules. Joseph quotes prices up front with clear details on what is included or extra, and the work stays on the agreed timeline. “I searched on line for a garage door opener and installer. Five companies were recommended and I contacted all of them. Alpha and Omega responded quickly and quoted a reasonable price and included the brand and models available. The owner of Alpha and Omega, Joseph didn't tell me that he would have to come to my home to give me a quote. He has the experience and knowledge and skills. I knew speaking to him on the phone that he was straight forward. He told me what was included and what was extra. I made my choices. He and an assistant, Elijah came to my home explained everything in detail and did way more than I expected to Tune Up the garage door itself. It's rare to find someone that takes so much pride in the work they do. I have a great appreciation for his work ethic. I recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.”

“We live in Sun City and have several companies to quote on replacing our bent garage door. Alfa Omega Garage Doors was not only the lowest but also did an outstanding job in about only two hours to replace the door, rails, weather stripping, springs, etc. The only thing they didn't replace was the motor which worked fine. They did a good job cleaning up and were very personable to deal with. Outstanding small company that is dedicated to quality. We would recommend them to anyone needing garage door work.”

“Such a great first experience with this company; very prompt service, very professional and provided on-point explanations of what was needed/recommended and why. Got my door back on track, changed out all the rollers and switched out the original single spring installed by the builder 20 yrs ago to a double spring fitting and my door sits much more level when closed and is significantly quieter when opening/closing.
