“The entire process was easy! They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. The actual building process was not an easy one due to where we wanted the pergola, but our Contractor, Matt, was GREAT and finished the job in two days, sometimes working late and through inclement weather to get the job completed! We are beyond pleased and would highly recommend all involved with our build!!”

“We had a door ordered online and installed by third party. Installers were excellent people with great workmanship, but I had to wait three months from the time of purchase to the door being installed. It took a very long time. Communication leading up to the appointment was almost non existent so I had to call to inquire about an update - was the door in, what is the timeline looking like, etc. next time I will buy a door from a local door shop and have someone install it on our own time. I would have avoided using the Home Depot entirely had I known it would take forever”

“We found Sweetwater Home Services through Home Depot. They were great! They came to our home, tested our water, and demonstrated the benefits of treated water for our home in Central Texas. We had been having issues with our appliances and fixtures for a while now and this improvement was long overdue. Home Depot helped out with the funding of a relatively pricey project with 2 years interest free financing - what a blessing! Sweetwater has already been back out to check on our installation and the top notch RainSoft equipment they installed. We are quite pleased.”

“We used Temple Home Depot. Fern is the associate that helped us pick out our carpet and Fern is super knowledgeable, patient, and listened to our needs. We went with the Pet Pro series bc we have 4 dogs and a litany of other animals come and go so we wanted our new house to be protected. The price is high but the warranty and coverage will be worth it. However, after ordering the carpet and scheduling a time and day for install we get crickets. The day before install they confirm the install and 4 hours later they tell me we have to reschedule after our move in and they don’t know why. Mind you we scheduled our move in around the install so we could move in the day after. I call and text customer service and they have no clue where the carpet is or when it will be here. We move in and wait. Several calls and text later still nothing. Finally a week later they finally found our carpet and had it installed. The team they hired was amazing and very professional. Maybe my standards are too high but I believe a company should communicate what’s going on to its clients. Going forward I would use Fern to help my decision and cut out Home Depot and choose someone else and hope for a better”

“The service was extremely fast and proficient! Not to mention professional. Heater plus installation was around $1500. Took a little over two hours to replace and take the old tank. Nick and Joe from Same Day Water Heaters are amazing! Would recommend this service to friends and family easily. Would give 10 stars if I could!”

“Shout out to Bryan in the Appliances department at the Georgetown Home Depot! He went way above and beyond to help me track down a part online that Home Depot doesn’t even sell individually. I had been struggling to find it on my own, and he took the time to help me get it figured out. On top of that, he was super quick to help me find the dryer vent that they do carry so I could finish what I needed in one trip. Excellent customer service — really appreciate the help, Bryan! 5 stars! (Side note- sadly the dryer vent was overpriced, $16 for some cylindrical foil and a ring clamp..sheesh, inflation stinks)”
