“On Wednesday Morning, November 8th, about 8am, I was going to run a quick errand before having to take a relative to the airport in Austin at 10:30. One big problem ... MY GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN - I COULDN'T EVEN MANUALLY OPEN IT !! Looking to try to figure out what might be wrong, I discovered that one of the springs had broken !! I immediately called the Door Company. They quickly got someone over to my house to install new springs. While there, he also discovered a broken bracket, which he replaced, and lubricated every roller and the tracks. I was totally impressed with how fast they got it done. My door is very heavy with the insulated panels it has. While there, he also installed a handle on the inside to assist with opening it manually, if necessary (again). I have used them in the past to install a new automatic garage door opener, which I am also very pleased with. 🙂 I highly recommend them.”

“Our garage door spring broke. We couldn’t even manually open the door due to its size and weight. I called them and they were out here, replaced the broken spring with two springs (one for each side of our 2-car garage) and had us fixed and the garage door working again in under an HOUR! Amazing! Highly recommend them and the gentleman was able to work in a tight space with our cars stuck inside the garage. He’s been doing this for 30 years and he was great!”
