24/7 Garage Door Repair LLC

24/7 Garage Door Repair LLC handles garage door repair, installation, motor replacement and tune-ups for both homes and businesses in Grand Prairie, TX. Brian Nicodemus runs the company and takes most service calls himself, sometimes with his son Caleb. The work covers standard residential doors as well as heavier commercial units and custom single-door setups. They list service from Coppell through Princeton and the towns in between.

Homeowners describe spring replacements on heavy custom doors, motor swaps, bent rail and panel fixes, remote programming, and full door replacements. Brian has handled late-night calls after doors crashed or springs snapped, adjusted opening heights, lubricated hinges, and sourced exact custom parts. Several jobs involved same-day fixes on weekends or holidays, with the door left working better than before. Caleb joined on at least one larger motor and door job that turned an old unit into a neighborhood standout.

Brian answers calls fast and often arrives in fifteen to thirty minutes or the same afternoon. He lays out two or three price options, explains the steps in plain terms, and keeps the customer updated while he works. Reviewers note he carries parts on the truck, finishes most repairs in under an hour, and charges what they call reasonable or decent. The company takes calls seven days a week and has driven an hour when needed.

Google shows a 5-star rating from 92 reviews. Reviewers keep coming back to quick arrival times, clear explanations, honest recommendations, and solid results on both simple and tricky doors. A few mention fair pricing and extra maintenance tips left behind.

“Brian helped me out when my garage door completely failed. He was easy to schedule, on time, diagnosed the issue and replaced it before I'd even met him. Good communication and knowledgeable. Happily explained things to me and answered my questions. Took into account my budget and helped me consider all the options. I was leaving town shortly and he worked hard to fully replace the door in 100+ degree temps (!) to meet my timeline. I appreciate the job well done and how easy it was doing business.”

“I called needing a spring replacement. Brian took some info from me and was over in about half an hour! Once arrived, he gave me several options, explained them fully, and replaced the spring in minutes - he even walked me through the entire process! I learned a lot about my garage door that day :) Very quick, reasonably priced, and professional service!”

“Absolutely do not use this company. Reviews could not be actual customers. Overpriced, deceptive tactics, and after charging $300 for a half hour of 'tune-up' it was still the same, but we needed, among other things, 20 $35 rollers! Do not make the mistake of thinking you're getting A1 Garage Door Repair when you call their number”

“Great company! I highly recommend 24/7! Friendly, professional & quick service. Brian is awesome & knows his stuff. Came out same day & had the tools/supplies to repair my garage door on the spot, and fast! Saved me time and money.”

“I am SO impressed with my repair experience with Brian. He arrived immediately to assist us on New Year's Eve. As he inspected our garage door, he kindly suggested things that we could use to keep the door functioning well. He quickly repaired the garage door, programmed new openers for us, changed the light bulbs, and even instructed us on how to use our keypad. Brian went ABOVE and BEYOND for us this evening. He knows what he is doing, he is very kind, and trustworthy. Give him a call for any of your garage door needs!”

“Brian was quick to respond and provided same-day service. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided various options for repair and improvement. Not only did he repair and fix the problem swiftly, he also provided general maintenance, shared his knowledge and left my garage in better shape than it's been since moving in.”

“I highly recommend 24/7 garage door repair for any of your garage door needs. My garage had broken and I contacted Brian at 24/7. Within 15 minutes on Saturday, Brian showed up with all the parts and got right to work. Within an hour the door was fixed and is working better than it ever has. Brian was very professional and provided excellent customer service while being very affordable. Hats off to 24/7 for their Best In Class Service!!!”

“Brian helped us to fix the garage door twice. Both times, he offered excellent service above and beyond. The first time was in June this year and the garage door rail at our house was severely bended and damaged around 9 PM at night. Brian immediately drove to our house and showed up 15 minutes later after our call. Brian was quick and efficient to come up with solutions. Within another 15 minutes after arrival. he fixed the rail and the garage door up running perfectly! Not only had Brian have great skills, but also honesty and ethic. His fee that night was reasonable and better than all other garage companies that we worked before. We did call several other so-called 24/7 garage companies before we found Brian's company that night. All other companies told us that they would not come that night and that their "24/7" only meant to answer phone calls 24/7 but not service (Something new that we learned that night). Brian's company was the only company that truly offered 24/7 service! The second time was ever better. I called Brian for the problem we had with the garage door this morning. Brian asked me to check for the safety eye alignment first and explained to me how to adjust mys”

“Brian replaced my garage door and motor and was excellent. Punctual, detail oriented, helpful, and affordable. Highly recommend”

“Brian came out to fix the garage door at our rental property after the giant spring snapped. I reached out to him at around 9:00 a.m., and he came by to fix it the same afternoon. I don't remember the price exactly, but it was very reasonable. We will definitely use him again for future garage door repairs.”

“My garage door got in a bind while closing and bent the rail and top panel, and the arm that connects the opener to the door tore off. A quick Facebook search led me to 24/7 Garage Door Repair. I called, and Brian was at my house in 15 minutes to assess the situation. He said he could fix it and get it working again, but I opted to have him replace everything. He had to leave to get the items, and was back in about an hour to do the removal and installation. Brian and his helper did a great job. He was friendly, professional, and his price was very reasonable.”
