Within a couple of minutes he addressed the issue being a broken spring, and he also made the suggestion to change out the metal rollers to nylon. Our motor is over 25 years old, and it would have been easy for him to sell us a new one. He did not. I appreciate Bob and Door Mart for their honesty and speed of service. “Fantastic service! Tony and another service man were able to get our garage door working again in a very short time! I love that their service time frame was a one hour window. That makes planning a busy day better for us. Tony was able to look over the problem and get things fixed on the spot for us. They have a 90 day warranty on the work. Both Tony and his coworker were both very nice to our little toddler who of course wanted to know what was going on and tried his best to check. I called their main number, was attended to promptly, and the technician Robert arrived at my house just a couple of hours later. Robert replaced my sensors, got me a new opener (we had lost ours during the chaos after the flood), replaced a frayed cable, and serviced both of my garage doors in about an hour.
