He immediately told me another problem and tried to sell me on another product. Daniel was rude, talked down to me then tried to make me pay for the service call which was supposed to be a free quote. I spoke to his manager after and he was the same way. I told him the situation and he was unwilling to work with me and only wanted to send another tech. No apology whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.”

I was charged $800 for sloppy, amateur after hours repair that initially the “tech” said would work, just without the garage door opener. Found out later that the entire garage door cost $700 to install and I should have paid no more than $250 for the repair. So.. labor (really unskilled) was about $500 an hour plus parts! I paid it like a fool. These guys are thieves. Hope you learn from me.”
