“Mr. Dan provided exceptional service during his visit to work on my three-car garage. He was very professional and took the time to explain each step of his process. The job took about an hour, and the quality of work was outstanding. I also found the pricing to be reasonable for the services rendered. They explained everything in detail and the price quoted for a new door installment was considerably less than the first estimate I received. I should have the installation completed tomorrow. Great job! Kameron came out today 8-21-26 (after placing the order just yesterday) and did an excellent job installing it, but one of the panels was the wrong color so we'll have to wait a bit longer for it to be changed out with the correct color. Logan came out today (8-25-26) and in short order changed out the wrong colored panel with the correct one. I am highly satisfied with the service and price of the installation and would recommend Welborn to anybody.”

“First of all, amazing price! It was $29.95 with the trip charge waived for a full-service inspection and alignment/lubrication - I haven't seen this price anywhere. I will definitely be a returning annual customer for this service. It was so easy to book (online), and Keian was so helpful in explaining all the different points plus the upgrades available (why they're important and how much they cost). He also didn't try to push or scare me into buying anything, which I really appreciated. The estimates were emailed to me and will be easy to order for our next service. “Where to even start? Booked a $30 garage door tune-up special. Not sure what would actually transpire but he immediately told me everything is old, including the springs which I know for a fact are less than a year old. Determined one spring wire (not sure what it's called) is twisted. I pointed it out, he seemed surprised - he hadnt noticed it. Said the door is crooked because the spring isn't set right. OK, how much to fix it? $180+!!!! Are you serious? Then I asked about the middle spring thing (torsion) he said yes, that would help and they can do it for $743, he showed me the price on his tablet. I declined any service, wanting to talk to my husband. He said he'd send me the estimate, then before he left showed me the 3 estimates for the new torsion spring system - lowest ro highest quality apparently. Starting at $1100!!!! S in 15 minutes it went up $300+++ Seriously shady business practices, I recommend AVOID”

“Your representative, Hunter, seemed very knowledgeable about garage doors, and was very personable and friendly. However, I felt like there was a good bit of upselling going on. I've never paid that much for garage door service or parts before, even when I had a whole new door installed. Hunter said that prices have really gone up since 2018, and I just had to trust him on that, since I have no way of knowing. Anyway, Hunter did a very thorough job, and if it last another two years or so, I'll feel like it was worth the price.”

Lubricating the chain that makes the door go up and down. He checked and made sure everything was working before he left. I would definitely give him a five star rating. He’s a really nice guy. And takes his work very seriously.”
