“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an outstanding experience with Legacy Garage Door and specifically with Matt. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, honest, and stress-free — which is unfortunately rare in the contractor world these days. After dealing with the frustration that often comes with hiring contractors — missed appointments, poor communication, inflated pricing, delays, and unclear expectations — working with Legacy was a breath of fresh air. Matt communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, explained the repair process honestly, and handled everything quickly and professionally. No runaround. No pressure. No surprise charges. The workmanship was excellent, pricing was fair, and they genuinely cared about getting the job done right instead of just rushing through another service call. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was secure, functional, and taken care of properly. You can tell they take pride in their work and reputation. If you’re looking for a dependable garage door company that is responsive, trustworthy, affordable, and easy to work with, I would absolutely recommend Legacy without hesitation. They are truly a “fire-and-forget”
