He also removed all the old components from my property and took the time to show me how to use the app on my phone. He did a thorough, professional job, and I really appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. I highly recommend him to anyone needing garage door service!”

“Called for an appointment, talked with what appears to be an offshore call center with team members who are having trouble with their scripts. Was given a time of 4-6pm Friday, to which I agreed. Received two calls and two texts an hour later to tell me my agreed upon appointment time is no longer available, and the soonest available is now two days later, on Sunday. I responded by finding another company to do business with, and left a text response asking to be removed from their contact list. Did that work? Nope. Next I get a call from a guy claiming to be a tech with this company, who leaves an eight second VM with only his name and company affiliation. I texted the number and said “no thanks”, receiving a reply indicating “we’re here for you if you want to make sure you aren’t overcharged”. Yeah, right. Lucky me. The market for garage repairs in Houston is fiercely competitive, and some companies resort to aggressive retention tactics. I would suggest that when this happens, move on. I used a different company who charged fairly (Veteran’s garage door service) and I’m happy I did.”
