“This company is GREAT...at getting money out of your pocket. TLDR: We paid this company over $2000 for an issue that is now worse than it was before their service. We had a 10 year old Chamberlain belt drive garage door opener that was professionally installed, whisper quiet, and working beautifully, but in May, it suddenly started sticking and stopping when opening and closing. We assumed it was a track problem, as the tracks would bow and bend significantly each time this happened. My partner contacted Garage Tec, and Ashley was very helpful. Within a few hours, Kevin showed up and checked the system. He said the door, side tracks and rollers (which we were certain were the problem) appeared to be in good condition, but that the motherboard of the opener was on its way out, and the torsion springs and drums needed replacing.
