“I'm near the end of building a new home and purchased some Clopay garage doors through Home Depot. Initially they provided the full package, from doors to install. Soon as they sent me the installer info I looked them up. Sure enough really spotty reviews so I cancelled that request and told them I will source my own installer. Meet Northlake Garage Doors. I cannot say enough about JR and his staff as a whole. I've come across a lot of trades over this home build and I can tell you there is people there for a pay check and then there is people there because they take pride in the work they do. JR takes pride in his work and it shows. JR is meticulous in everything he does. I cannot recommend them a enough. Their perfect reviews speak for themselves. If you care about quality, look no further.”

“We recently had our garage door break and sought out a few quotes. As we were about to make our decision, a friend recommended Mr JR Reyes/Northlake Garage Doors to us and suggested we call. This was the best decision we could have made! Mr JR is very friendly, professional, straightforward, efficient, and affordable. He gave me his honest opinions and his expertise on our new door and opener options, and on the quality of each option, but he never tried to push any particular sale on me.We received a better garage door for our money than anyone else was quoting us, our new door looks amazing, and it operates extremely quietly! I highly recommend Mr JR Reyes and Northlake Garage Doors for all your garage door repair needs. He will take extremely good care of you, whether it's a repair, a replacement, or just some regular maintenance. He is extremely professional, courteous, and communicative, and he stands behind his work.”

He sent me the quote a few minutes later, we approved it immediately based on the price he provided and how quickly he responded. JR and Roman arrived on time for our appointment and installed the new equipment and new rollers.
