“We invested approximately $80,000 with Reliant Doors for four high-end glass garage doors and one metal garage door, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely disappointing. From the time they were installed, it took months of adjustments just to get the doors operating properly. It felt like we were constantly asking for what should be basic functionality, that the doors simply should go up when you press the up button and down when you press the down button. However, that was definitely not the case. One of our contractors closed one of the doors and the half of the door came off the track. Thankfully no one was underneath it, because it easily could have caused a serious injury. On another occasion, a contractor pressed the open button and assumed the door had fully opened. Instead, it only opened about two-thirds of the way, causing his work van to strike the door trim. When we contacted Reliant about replacing the damaged trim, Russ insisted it would cost us $3,000, even though the damage resulted from a door that had not been operating correctly shortly after installation. We reluctantly agreed because we just wanted the issue resolved. However, more than a year ”

“Mr. David Alexander arrived as scheduled and checked the parts I was having issues with. He was professional and generous. He put my interest first and very straight to the point. I asked him to leave an estimate to my tenant because I thought about getting more estimates from other companies. But then, I liked his attitude and personality. He generously explained why it would cost $$ to fix and wasn’t pushy at all. So, I changed my mind and asked him to finish the job. “Very satisfied with Reliant. They were able to get out to give me an estimate very quickly and guaranteed me that no other company would beat their price. They were correct! Alan explained my options and I decided with the full replacement (which was a few hundred higher than a repair, but very reasonably priced). After talking with me and giving my estimate he actually returned to place a lock on my current door as the previous homeowners never had one installed (crazy, right?). His words were "Everyone should feel safe in their home". This was done knowing that I had 2 other companies coming to give me pricing. “They were great. I called them at 9A on January 2, 2017 to fix/replace a broken spring. Allen was there by 10A and had the job done in an hour. He replaced all 4 original springs on a big, double-car, heavy wood door that were over 10 years old. He was very friendly and worked fast and neat. Justin was the person I talked to on the phone to discuss the job before I selected Reliant. He was professional and also very friendly. I thought the price was fair as I had called a few places before I decided on Reliant. I had nothing but a great experience and great service. I would recommend them to anyone.”

“Just had a delightful experience with these folks. Bought a home to be near family and discovered yesterday that the garage door was not opening reliably. Used Thumbtack online service as I did not know anyone in this area. Justin responded to the posting within a few minutes by phone. Sent a technician out same day. Would have been immediately, but I was not available. Justin offered to have his tech Adam pick me up, but I was able to meet him at the home. Adam quickly discovered the problem - loose bolts in the J arm structure, which he tightened and then tested. Also he spotted a couple of issues with the operation of the door and adjusted those on the motor unit. Less than 15 minutes. He said no charge. No up-sell, no bait and switch, no difficulty.
