Action Doors

Action Doors takes care of garage door installation and repair in Lubbock, TX. The company handles new door setups for homes and businesses along with operator repairs and full replacements on all makes and models. Their technicians handle both residential and commercial jobs including spring fixes, motor replacements, and frame work for bigger openings. They keep doors running in the local West Texas conditions.

Homeowners and shop owners call them for broken springs that get fixed the next morning, motors that start smoking, and old narrow doors swapped for wider ones that fit modern trucks. Technicians like Alex have programmed remotes for fleet vehicles and returned for touch ups without extra calls. Stephen reached a smoking motor job in twenty minutes and finished the repair the same hour. Eli handled two car door installs while Jon and Daniel built new frames and matched paint on trim. Alejandro and Steven sorted issues another company left behind in half an hour. Reviewers note the crews arrive on schedule, explain Wi Fi remotes, and clean up before they leave.

They answer calls the same day and often show up the next morning or within the hour when a door fails. Crews phone ahead to say they are on the way and give arrival notices. Prices come in lower than expected for full door swaps and opener installs. The work covers Lubbock and nearby spots with flexible rescheduling when problems turn up on site. Owners mention the team stays until everything operates right and the door is secure again.

Reviewers keep coming back for the steady service and fair costs on repeat jobs. Topics that show up often include quick arrivals, clear explanations, and solid results on both homes and shops. DIRT Score 4.8 from 297 reviews on Finds.

“I notified Action Doors of a mishap I had on a commercial shop door. They came out and gave me a quote. I accepted their quote and was notified immediately that they would be out the next morning to replace the entire door. To my surprise, they showed up around lunch time instead of next day and had the door replaced and operational by 5:30pm Shop was once again secured. Outstanding customer service!”

“I love my new garage door from Action Doors. I wanted to replace my old, narrow single doors with one large door to better accommodate today's larger vehicles. Jon and Daniel arrived on-time and set to work removing the old doors and fabricating a new supportive frame for the larger door. The paint is a perfect match for my exisiting trim. Jon and Daniel stayed until they completed all the work and cleaned up. The price for all this work was less than I expected, and the quality of the door and opener is great. These folks do a terrific job!”

“These guys did a great job. They call you to let you know they are headed your way. They installed a new opener and synced the openers. Recommend these folks.”
