Classic Doors

Classic Doors handles garage door repairs and installations around Lubbock, Texas. The company fields technicians including Mike, Stratton, Val and Van who show up for spring replacements, new door setups, window fixes and full system cleanings. Reviews point to the owners stepping in on service calls and keeping the focus on getting doors working right without extra delays. Customers note that the same names keep coming up when a job needs extra attention like rechecking work after hours or walking through price options on glass panels.

Homeowners describe same-day arrivals to swap out broken springs or reinstall doors after an ordering error. One case involved a full disassembly and hinge cleaning on a commercial door plus clear breakdowns on upgrade choices. Others mention quick window replacements on shattered panels, oil applications during routine visits and new unit setups that included system programming help. Stratton gets repeated mentions for staying until everything tested perfect, while Mike handled fast spring repairs and fair billing on insulated steel doors versus hollow ones.

The outfit responds the same day in emergencies like a door failing before a freeze, answers calls on Saturdays and keeps most jobs moving with steady communication. Reviewers note reasonable charges across Lubbock area work, professional conduct from the crew and local ownership that follows through on promises. Hours appear flexible enough for weekend needs, and the team sticks to straightforward fixes without pushing unnecessary add-ons in most accounts.

Plenty of feedback highlights fast arrivals, courteous handling and solid results on both residential and commercial doors, though one customer called a basic oil service overpriced. “This team is great! Really! I made a mistake ordering a door; this was on me. They went well over anything that I could expect from the installer working with me. We ended up being a huge pain and they were very friendly and forgiving. I did reorder the correct door and they will absolutely be my go-to garage door team going forward.”

“Had a man come by to fix the door to our company. Stratton not only disassembled our system but also re-cleaned our system and hinges. This man went above and beyond showing me the choices and price break downs on their glass for the door. He was not only on time but made sure our door was perfect before leaving.
