Apex Garage Pro

Apex Garage Pro runs a family-owned garage door business out of McKinney, Texas. They handle same-day repairs along with spring replacements, opener work, cable and roller fixes, panel replacements, and full new door installations. The company lists service across nearby towns including Plano, Allen, Frisco, and Anna. Henry appears as the main technician on most jobs.

Customers call for broken springs that leave doors stuck, openers that run loud or stop working, rollers that cause grinding, and panels damaged by impacts. Henry has replaced openers after checking whether repairs could work first, swapped worn rollers and balanced doors for quieter movement, matched replacement panels to existing colors, and adjusted tension on doors that jerked or reversed on contact. Reviews note the door operating smoothly again after these fixes along with spring replacements completed the next morning on emergency calls.

The company shows up when scheduled, often within fifteen minutes for urgent evening or weekend issues, and explains problems before starting work. Reviewers mention fair and competitive pricing with no added charges for unneeded parts, plus clear communication throughout the visit. Service covers McKinney and the listed surrounding towns, with availability noted on Sundays and late evenings.

“I honestly can’t thank Henry enough. At 9:30 PM, in a complete panic and desperation, I called his wife — who is actually my client — and she answered immediately. Within just 15 minutes, Henry and his wife were already at my house checking the garage door damage. Not only did they calm me down and assess everything right away, but Henry immediately ordered the necessary parts, and by the very next morning everything was fully repaired and working perfectly again. The speed, professionalism, kindness, and genuine care I experienced were absolutely unbelievable. In a situation that felt like a disaster to me, Henry made the entire process stress-free and handled everything so quickly and professionally. It’s so rare to find people who truly care and show up for you like this — especially late at night. I’m beyond grateful. If anyone ever needs garage door repair, I recommend Henry 1000%. Truly exceptional service and incredible people. Thank you again so much!”

“Henry did an awesome job installing a new opener for us! He was so quick to respond. Came out to our house right away. I had a feeling it was the opener but he was so great in actually checking to see what was wrong and if it could be fixed. Then gave us a great quote on a new opener (what was needed) and was so quick to install and get the door up and running again. Everything works smoothly now and we really appreciate how fast it was. Glad we have someone we can trust now and for a great price in case our other garage door has issues.”

They gave me an extremely fair price — much more reasonable than all the other quotes I had received before. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the technician was incredibly friendly, respectful, and professional throughout the whole process.
