“My experience with Colin was exceptional. He did a good job analyzing the operation of our door. He delivered what I considered an honest and thoughtful assessment as to the operational concerns. My post visit thoughts are that he is honest, experienced and thorough. I will say I would call this team again given today’s service call.”

Gave me multiple options to choose from for repairs/replacement (depending on budget), and also suggested some things I might want to do to extend the life of the motors. “I found brothers garage on Thumbtack. My garage door wasn’t opening on a less than 4 year old house. The tech came and noticed the issues right from the jump. After assessing and going over everything with me, he got to work. Took him about 15-20 mins total for the job. I was pleased with the work and happy my garage door is in working order again. Only reason not for 5 stars…. at the end when paying with a card he flipped the phone over to me for a tip “if you feel inclined”. I left a small $15 tip, mostly because of the pressure, I cave at times. But after he left I’m wondering why would I be asked for a tip? The tipping is just never ending these days and when you’re spending hundreds of dollars for a quick fix on a garage door, it’s just wild to be asked for a tip on top.”

“I was furious at being charged a fairly sizable amount for repairs after barely using my new garage door in the 6-7 months since installed, as I’d been traveling out of state every few week. I was told my 90-day warranty period had expired for my specific issue claim, and yet the problems had started within that time frame but I was so busy and often times away that I never reported the issue. Well, after calming down, I recognize that the gentleman who serviced me was excellent as before, and the product quality itself was still very good. Natural shifting of my home & garage walls ever so slightly - lots of rain, lots of heat in the past months didnt help - had resulted in the problem with the garage door closing inconsistently, sometimes requiring 4-5 attempts…not their fault. I still stand by my initial reviews at installation they are a quality org with quality service and products, in my case removing old garage door and connections and installing a completely new door and set-up, disposing of the old equipment.”

“Aaron took the time to provide sufficient information necessary for us to make an informed decision to replace two garage doors on two buildings. The installation was challenging but Aaron was able to accommodate some “irregularities” to make it work. He let the job site clean and hauled the two old doors away upon completion. I highly recommend this company.”

“Heard loud noise and garage door no longer opened. Called Fort Brothers Garage Doors and they were out in less than 90 minutes. Trent did a great job explaining what was wrong and provided upfront pricing. Repairs were completed in about an hour. Would definitely recommend!”

“Customers Beware: They advertise $0 estimates but when they come out the job minimum is $200. I had the guy come out and literally do 10 minutes of work adjusting the bottom sensors and spaying some grease and charged $200 for that. I can understand having a job minimum for things like this but $200 is crazy. I was in a bind and didn’t want to tell the guy to go back so I just ate it, but watch out if your issue isn’t that big, it will still cost you $200 minimum.”

“Very disappointing experience. The company advertises a free estimate, but after the technician arrived, he pressured me into approving the repair, saying they had already spent around $100 just to come out and provide the estimate. The actual “repair” turned out to be simply turning on a power strip/switch. He initially quoted $150 and then reduced it to $100. Charging $100 for such a simple fix without clearly explaining the felt unreasonable. What disappointed me most was the technician’s attitude. Instead of providing a professional explanation and letting me decide, he was pushy and made me feel obligated to proceed. If you advertise free estimates, be transparent about any service or diagnostic charges before arriving. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Connor did an awesome job accommodating my needs, I needed the job done ASAP and he delivered. I asked for a full garage door replacement, all except the motor. The price is fair if you think on the warranty backing up their job. I had horrible experiences with those called “pros” cheaper than others, no invoice, no bill, and only cash because when it gets the time that something is wrong with their work, they disappear. After those instances, I only trust reputable, well rated companies. I cannot be more satisfied, So far, I’m very impressed with their professionalism and eagerness to please the customer.”
