“When the spring on our garage door broke yesterday night, it broke so badly that we couldn't even manually lift it. Not good at all. In a panic, I reached out to my neighborhood Facebook group for suggestions, and Michael and MRHAT Services were recommended to me by a neighbor. With it being a holiday weekend, I was thinking that we would to have to wait a while for a response (which is completely understandable, I imagine that most people are enjoying time with friends and family!) but I was very pleasantly surprised when Michael texted me back right away and let me know he would be able to check in with me the following day. He was able to come this evening, and our garage door is working better than ever (was also able to fix it so it wasn't horribly noisy anymore)! He and his son/apprentice, Tristian, were both so nice, extremely gracious, professional, and very thorough with explaining what had happened with the door and what we needed to do to keep up with its maintenance going forward. While I hope we won't need his services again anytime soon, he did a phenomenal job and is DEFINITELY the person to reach out to if you have an issue with a garage door!”

“Great experience with Mike. He was very nice, on time, and did a great job fast. I bought a garage door opener from Lowe's and installed it myself, only to be left with an opener I couldn't get to work. Mike came out and took a look at it, and told me what was wrong and how to fix it in case I wanted to do the job myself. Of course I did not, and now I have a very happy wife who can open the garage door without getting out to do it manually. I highly recommend Mike for all your Garage Door services.”

“My garage door broke on the most inconvenient of days. I was having a bridal shower at the house and it was full of women. 24/7 came out and fixed the door quickly without disturbing my guests. No one really even knew they were there. They did an excellent job, no mess left behind, and were very reasonably priced.
