“Amazing service! My spring broke yesterday and I called Residential Garage Door Service because the prior owner of the house had their business card stapled above the door opener remote. It was good to have Jay return my call and schedule an appointment and direct quote for what type of cost could expect for spring replacements. He scheduled for 8am the following morning and he was at my house at 8am on the dot. When have you ever had a serviceman arrive on time? His spring replacement was fast and he was very knowledgable about my particular model of motor the features. He told me about some of the lesser known features that might come in handy should I need them Quick, easy and a painless. Will definitely use in the future to service my garage door. I don't think I could have found any other company that would have a more competitive price.”

“Very kind father and son business. Jay and Justin came highly recommended by a family member and they didn’t disappoint!! They were available first thing in the morning the next day and arrived 10 minutes early, a refreshing experience considering most contractors arrive at the end of the arrival window. We had both garage door springs replaced and a quick tuneup for any other issues. No delays to order parts and they brought everything needed to complete the job. “I called a few other garage door companies in Garland around 6pm on Tuesday, when I asked to get someone to come out and fix my garage door I was told by one of them it would cost over $100 for them to come out as an emergency otherwise it would be Saturday.
