“After months of considering a garage door screen, I decided to move forward after consulting with Tolbert Garage Door Company—and I am very glad I did. Finding a company in the DFW area experienced with installing garage door screens was surprisingly challenging, as they are not yet a common home feature in Texas. After hours of research and contacting nearly 20 garage door companies, I found Tolbert Garage Door. They were able to install the screen I had purchased at a very reasonable price. Mike and CJ were professional, respectful, dependable, and true to their word throughout the entire process. Their workmanship was excellent, and the installation was completed exactly as promised. Since having the screen installed, I have already had several neighbors stop by to ask about it. The biggest fan, however, is my dog, Hershey. He loves relaxing in the garage, watching people, cars, and other dogs pass by—all without being bothered by mosquitoes. Overall, this was an outstanding experience and a worthwhile investment. I highly recommend Tolbert Garage Door Company to anyone needing garage door-related services. They provide quality work and genuinely take care of their customers”

“Tolbert Garage Door was amazing. We did a custom built garage door that did not come in the color we wanted but they went above and beyond to make sure when they installed it, they also painted it the color we wanted. Colby was the one that even came to install the door with his crew and greatly appreciated everything they did to complete the job. I would highly recommend Tolbert Garage Door to anyone as they were professional, courteous, and answered all of our questions throughout the entire process.”

“My garage broke on a Friday afternoon at 4:45. I sent a quick text to five good friends for suggestions. Two of them overpaid for a popular radio brand ans two recommended Tolberts based on previous experiences, the other no longer had "a guy" Garage door repair is one of those scary things that when you have an emergency you certainly don't wanna mess with it, but you don't want to feel like you're getting taken advantage of either. I called Tolbert at 4:50 and got an AI receptionist. The experience was maddening to say the least I hung up called back and got a live person that happened to have the last name of Tolbert. He was polite and had someone out there within an hour and a half They were upfront with the pricing, which was completely do-able and the work was done quickly. I can't say enough about what a great experience it was given the circumstances. If you're in a pickle, don't be afraid to make this call.”

“I was searching for someone to fix the spring on my garage and stumbled across Tolbert Garage Door. They were amazing! Once the spring was fixed we learned that the motor was also busted and due for an upgrade seeing as the whole system was old. We had Michael come and fix the spring and 2 days later Dusty and Danny came to install the new system. Everything worked perfectly and we are beyond happy with the results. I absolutely recommend this company to anyone in need of garage help. 10/10”

“Tolbert Garage Door people are just amazing. High-quality work, prompt in communication and fair price (yes, I compared). I've put their phone number on my garage door and I suggest you save it! I will tell all my neighbors about them! Highly recommend!”

“My garage door jumped the track and somehow one of the wheels shot off and I couldn’t find it. I didn’t have the time or parts to fix it myself. I also needed the safety eyes installed. They came out quick, were professional, got everything fixed fast, and were priced reasonably. Will definitely keep going to Tolbert.”

“I would very highly recommend this company to be your 1st and only call for garage door repairs. We had a spring break late in the evening and called after business hours and Colby scheduled us and was available 1st thing the next morning and had us back in business in no more than an hour. And pricing was more than reasonable. Very respectful, efficient and prompt!”

“Great customer service, prompt and was able to complete my garage repair the same day in less than 30 min. I will definitely be using them for any garage needs in the future.”

“It’s rare to find this level of honesty and efficiency. Tolbert Garage Doors came out, knew exactly what was wrong in under five minutes, and gave it to me straight. No runaround, no inflated diagnostics, and absolutely no upselling. Just straightforward, expert service. I will definitely be using them again.”

“I was so nervous to have someone come out for my garage door. I think often times people who aren't experts on skilled jobs like auto, home repair etc get pushed into purchasing things they might not need because the customer doesn't know better. This company is different. They've been to my house 3x over the last 5 years as I baby my original door from the 70s. Each time they listen. They offer options. They explain. Most of all, they aren't pushy or intrusive. As long as I'm in DFW I'll be using and recommending Tolbert. Thank yall.”
