“I would never recommend Trident Access Services. Approximately 90 days ago, they installed a brand-new garage door and track at our home. From day one, the door was excessively loud, so about four weeks ago we contacted the company to have someone come back and inspect their work. No one returned our calls. Today, the situation became much worse. Our garage door is off the track, broken, and stuck in the open position, leaving our home unsecured. This isn't just an inconvenience—it's an emergency. After weeks of being ignored, I finally reached Tyler, the installer. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he told me to contact the owner, Jeremy, who was "in a meeting" and "too busy" to speak with a customer. I was given another phone number that went straight to voicemail and was told someone would call us back. Once again, no one returned our call. After spending thousands of dollars on a new garage door, here's what we've received: A noisy installation that apparently no one is willing to stand behind. Weeks of unanswered phone calls. Being passed from one person to another. An owner who is "too busy" to speak with a customer. Voicemails with no response, even during an emerge”

“Our garage door spring broke this morning. I called around to get quotes and felt like I was getting the run around, generic high prices and okay customer service. I then reached out to family and friends to see if they had recommendations and was told about Trident. I called Trident and spoke with Jeremy who had great customer service. I sent Jeremy a couple of photos so he could see what was wrong. Jeremy send me over an affordable quote within a couple of minutes. We booked a 2:00pm appointment at 8:42am, received a text at 12:58pm letting me know my technician was on his way. Received a call at 2:00pm on the dot from my Technician, Chris letting me know he was at my door. Chris was clean, organized, professional and quick. He swapped out the broken parts for the new in no time, made sure everything was working properly, provided maintenance tips and made sure I did not have any questions before leaving. I’m glad I went with Trident. They are Military / First Responder owned and had customer service and great overall service. 10/10 will use them again.”

“I called Trident because my garage door wasn’t closing properly and my outside access pad wasn’t working. They immediately called me back and scheduled a service the next day. Marco was my technician and he was incredible. He diagnosed what was wrong and verified that my garage door opener was in great shape along with the door and all I needed was a tuneup and replacement bearings and rollers. He also gave me tips on personal maintenance which you rarely get from service companies. Highly recommend - they were exceptional from first call to final product. A+++++”
