“ZERO stars. I absolutely would not recommend this dumpster fire of a company, at least in west Texas. They set up their company so that garage techs have no training, no tools, no support if they need help, they give you a hard time on the phone if you want to talk to a manager. Then, after you spend $4k on a nice door, it gets put on with 2 dents in the panels, they tell you management probably will not replace the door - sorry - the door falls off of the tracks, and I am currently going on my 6th...... SIXTH!!!!! tech because 2 were incompetent / not trained properly (not their fault), and 3 because "they are no longer with the company" and they had to reschedule, again, and again. Forgetting to put all the bolts in, no insulation, and on and on. There is no way I would EVER recommend this black hole of a company, that is the equivalent to a home owner living in a different city renting his house out to make some extra cash, to anyone EVER. Management doesn't give a crap about their contracted techs nor customers, nor quality work done.”

We called Overhead Door, and they came out and confirmed that the spring simply needed more tension. Despite this, we were charged $100 because they said it was not covered under warranty. Even the technician agreed with us that this issue should have been covered, as it was not something we could have prevented. It also raises concerns about whether the correct tension was applied when the spring was installed in the first place. Due to this experience, we will not be using this company again and will not be referring them to friends or family.”
